Gordon is an enrolled member of the Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians, Gordon serves as Chairman of the tribe’s Investment Committee. Prior to retiring in 2004, Gordon spent over twenty years with Downey Savings and Loan Association, most recently as a Vice President managing their REO Department. He previously was with Westinghouse Credit Corporation, in their Los Angeles Area office where he performed credit and business analysis of small and mid-sized companies for purposes of equipment financing. Before joining Westinghouse, Gordon worked with a commercial real estate developer, locating and analyzing potential commercial development sites, and leasing existing commercial properties. Gordon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Whittier College.

Hazel Longmire is an enrolled member of the Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians of the Colusa Indian Community and currently serves as the tribe’s Vice Chairwoman. Hazel is also an active member of the tribe’s Economic Development Corporation. In addition to serving the tribe’s business matters, she also is an active member of the Elder’s Committee. She holds matters of the Elders, tribal youth education programs, cultural and language programs close to her heart and is very passionate in her involvement. She formerly worked as the tribe’s Community Health Worker from 2000 – 2002. Hazel is an active member of several committees which include: Housing Corporation, Enrollment, Code of Conduct, Community Services Advisory committee and the tribe’s Health Advisory Board which provides the administrative direction for the tribe’s health, dental and dialysis facility.

Tim Rafalovich leads the Alternative Asset Class division within Wells Fargo’s Community Lending and Investments headquartered in San Diego. Tim’s portfolio is roughly $2 billion consisting of investments in private equity (SBIC), Community Development Equity, real estate and LIHTC funds on behalf of Wells Fargo’s CRA group. Tim is a seasoned fund manager, wealth manager, merger and acquisitions EVP, business owner and PhD candidate. He invests in new funds and manages the nationwide private equity, real estate and community development portfolio of assets. The CLI group provides equity capital for economic development, job creation and affordable housing through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs). Tim previously served as a VP, Wealth Specialist for Wells Fargo Bank where he provided investment management services. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Tim served as VP at CitiGroup and prior to that Tim was an EVP at Crossfield, an M&A firm. He serves on several boards, both for profit and non. Tim earned his BS Degree at USC where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
